How to create an account on Xoibit

To create an account, open Sign up, enter your email address or phone number, choose a password and confirm the 6-digit code we send you. Your account is active as soon as the code is accepted.

What do I need to sign up?

• An email address or a phone number. Each account is registered with one of them, and each email or phone can only be used for one account.
• A password of 8 to 20 characters that includes upper-case letters, lower-case letters and a number or symbol.
• Optional: a nickname and a referral code if someone invited you.

Step by step

1. Open Sign up and choose email or phone.
2. Enter your email address or phone number and a password, and add a referral code if you have one.
3. Complete the captcha if one appears.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email or phone.
5. You are signed in. Next, protect your account in Security.

Can I sign up with Google, Apple or Telegram?

Social sign-up may be available. If you see the Google, Apple or Telegram buttons on the sign-up page, you can use them instead of a password.

I did not get the code

The code is single use and expires after a short time. Check your spam folder or the phone number you entered, wait until the resend timer ends and request a new one. See Verification code not received for more checks.

What should I do after signing up?

• Turn on Google Authenticator for stronger two-factor authentication.
• Set an anti-phishing code so you can recognise real emails from Xoibit.
• Complete identity verification if you plan to withdraw. Higher levels can raise your daily withdrawal limit.

Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including people who say they work for Xoibit.
