TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20: which network should I use?

Use a network that both the sender and the receiver support, and select the same one on both sides. TRC20 means the TRON network, ERC20 means Ethereum and BEP20 means BNB Smart Chain.
Many tokens, such as USDT, exist on more than one blockchain. The token has the same name, but each network is a separate system. A transfer only arrives if it is sent and received on the same network.
What do TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 mean?
- TRC20: the token standard on the TRON network.
- ERC20: the token standard on the Ethereum network.
- BEP20: the token standard on BNB Smart Chain.
Depending on the coin, Xoibit also supports other networks, such as Bitcoin-type networks (BTC, LTC, DOGE and others), other EVM networks (Polygon, Base, Arbitrum and more), Solana and Monero.
Do the sender and receiver need the same network?
Yes. If you deposit on TRON, the sending platform must also send on TRON. If you withdraw on BNB Smart Chain, the receiving wallet must accept BNB Smart Chain. Your deposit address on Xoibit is different for each network, so copy it after you select the network.
Sending on a network that does not match can lose the funds. If it happens, report it in Wallet issues, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Which network has the lowest fee?
Network fees differ from network to network and change with how busy the blockchain is. The sending platform shows its fee before you send. On Xoibit, the withdrawal form shows the full fee for the network you choose before you confirm.
Which networks can I use on Xoibit?
Only the networks shown on the deposit page for a coin are open for deposits, and only those shown on the withdrawal page are open for withdrawals. If a network is not listed, do not use it.
How to choose
- Check which networks the sending platform offers for the coin.
- Check which networks the Xoibit page lists for the same coin.
- Pick one that appears on both lists. If several match, compare the fee on the sending side.
- Select that network on both sides and copy the address shown for it.

Is USDT on TRC20 the same as USDT on ERC20?
It is the same token issuer, but on different blockchains. A TRC20 transfer must be received on TRON, and an ERC20 transfer on Ethereum.
Can I send BEP20 USDT to my ERC20 address?
Do not do this. Always select the same network on both sides. A mismatched transfer may not be recoverable.
Why is a network missing for my coin?
Only networks open for that coin are shown. A network that is not listed cannot be used for deposits or withdrawals at the moment.
