How to cancel a spot order on Xoibit

To cancel a spot order, open your open orders (on the trading page or in Open orders) and tap cancel next to the order. The part that has not filled is cancelled and its funds return to your available balance.

Step by step

1. Open Open orders, or the open orders tab on the trading page.
2. Find the order. You can filter by pair, side and type.
3. Tap cancel next to it.
4. Check that it now shows as cancelled in Order history.

Which orders can I cancel?

• Limit orders that are open or partly filled.
• Stop-limit orders, both before they trigger and after their limit order is placed.
• Market orders cannot be cancelled: they fill right away, and anything not filled is returned automatically.

What happens to a partly filled order?

The part that already filled stays traded and is in your trade history. Only the remaining part is cancelled, and the funds held for it are released.

Why can't I cancel my order?

• It filled completely just before you cancelled. You see "Order has already completed".
• It is no longer open, for example it was already cancelled.
• The cancel is still being processed. Refresh the list after a moment.

Cancelling is processed in order with trades, so an order can still fill in the moment before the cancel is applied.
