Why has my crypto deposit not arrived?

Last updated:

Most missing deposits are still waiting for block confirmations, were sent on a different network, or were below the minimum deposit. Check the transaction on a block explorer first; if it is confirmed and correct, report it in Wallet issues.

Common reasons a deposit has not arrived

  • Still confirming: the deposit is credited only after the number of confirmations shown on the deposit page for that network.
  • Not sent yet: the sending platform may still be processing its withdrawal.
  • Wrong network: it was sent on a network other than the one you selected on Xoibit.
  • Wrong address: it was sent to a different address, or to the address of another network.
  • Below minimum: the amount that arrived was below the minimum deposit, so it was not credited.

How do I check my deposit?

  1. Look in Crypto history. A deposit that has been seen shows as Pending until it is confirmed and then Completed.
  2. Ask the sending platform for the transaction hash (TxID) and open it on a block explorer for that network.
  3. Check that the transaction is confirmed, that the destination is your Xoibit address for that network, and that the coin and amount are right.
  4. Compare the amount with the minimum deposit on the deposit page.

How do I report a missing deposit?

If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and sent to your address, but is not in your balance, report it in Wallet issues. Enter the TxID, coin, network, amount and destination address, and add a note if it helps.

Reports are checked automatically against the blockchain at regular intervals, and the rest are reviewed by our team. You can follow the status of your report on the same page. See How to report a wallet issue.

Each transaction can be reported only once, and you can have only a limited number of open reports at a time. Check the details carefully before you submit.

What if a deposit shows Failed or Cancelled?

A deposit with the status Failed or Cancelled was not credited. Report it in Wallet issues with the TxID so it can be checked.

Часто задаваемые вопросы

My deposit shows Pending. Is something wrong?

No. Pending means the deposit has been seen and is waiting for the confirmations shown on the deposit page.

Where do I find the TxID?

The platform you sent from shows it in its withdrawal history, often as transaction hash or TxID.

Can I report the same transaction twice?

No. Each transaction can be reported once. Follow the status of your existing report in Wallet issues.
