How to log out other devices on Xoibit

Last updated:

To log out other devices, open Device management and log out or remove a single device, or log out all other devices at once. You stay logged in on the device you are using.

Step by step

  1. Open Security and go to Device management.
  2. Find the device you do not recognise, or no longer use.
  3. Log it out or remove it, or choose to log out all other devices.
  4. Confirm with a verification code if asked.

How do I check who has logged in?

Account activity lists the logins to your account with the IP address, device and location. Use it to spot logins you did not make.

When should I do this?

  • You logged in on a shared or public computer.
  • You lost a phone or laptop that was logged in.
  • You see a login in Account activity that was not you.
  • You got a verification code you did not ask for.

I found a login that was not me

  1. Log out all other devices.
  2. Change your password in Security.
  3. Turn on Google Authenticator and device verification if they are off.
  4. Check your withdrawal history and address book for anything you did not add.

If you think someone has changed your email, phone or 2FA, start a security reset straight away.

Can I disable my whole account?

Yes. If you think your account is at risk and want to stop all use of it, you can disable it from Security. You need a verification code to do this.

Removing a device logs it out. If device verification is on, that device will need a code the next time it logs in.

FAQ

Will I be logged out on this device too?

No. Logging out other devices keeps your current session.

Does changing my password log out other devices?

To be sure, log out other devices yourself from Device management after changing your password.
