What are the withdrawal limits and how do I raise them?
Last updated:
Each withdrawal must be within a minimum and maximum amount, and there are daily limits per coin and for your whole account. You can raise your account's daily limit by completing identity verification.
What limits apply to a crypto withdrawal?
- Per withdrawal: a minimum and maximum amount, set per coin and network.
- Daily per coin: a daily limit for each coin and network.
- Daily for your account: a total daily limit in USD across all your withdrawals, which depends on your verification level.
All these limits are set by the exchange. You can see your remaining limits in the preview on the withdrawal page before you confirm.
How do I raise my withdrawal limit?
Complete the next level of identity verification. Each level can raise your daily USD withdrawal limit. Level 1 is ID verification, with your personal details, a government ID and a selfie. Level 2 is address verification, with a proof of address.
The exchange may also require verification before you can withdraw at all. See How to verify my identity.
Why does it say I have reached my limit?
- The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum for that coin and network.
- You have reached the daily limit for that coin and network.
- You have reached your account's daily USD limit.
Reduce the amount, wait until the next day, or raise your limit through verification.
Do large withdrawals need a review?
Some withdrawals, for example above an amount set by the exchange, are reviewed by our team before they are sent. See Why is my withdrawal pending?.
Limits can differ between coins and networks. Always check the preview for the coin and network you are using.
FAQ
Do fiat withdrawals have limits too?
Yes. Each fiat currency has its own minimum, maximum and fee, shown on the fiat withdrawal page.
When does the daily limit reset?
It is a daily limit, so it applies per day. The preview always shows how much you have left.
