Withdrawal completed but not received: what to do
Last updated:
If a withdrawal shows Completed, it is confirmed on the blockchain. Check the transaction on a block explorer, then ask the receiving platform to credit it. If something still looks wrong, report it in Withdrawal issues.
Check the transaction
- Open Crypto history and find the withdrawal.
- Copy the transaction hash (TxID) and open it on a block explorer for that network.
- Check that the transaction is confirmed, and that the destination address and amount are correct.
Common reasons it has not arrived
- The receiving platform is still processing it: many platforms wait for their own confirmations before crediting.
- Missing or wrong memo: some platforms need a memo or tag to credit you.
- Network not supported by the receiver: the receiver may not credit a network it does not support.
- Wrong address: the funds went to a different address than intended.
- Below the receiver's minimum: some platforms do not credit small deposits.
What should I do next?
Contact the receiving platform's support with the TxID. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is in their hands to credit it. If you believe the withdrawal itself has a problem, for example the details do not match what you entered, report it in Withdrawal issues.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Xoibit cannot pull back a completed withdrawal from the receiving address.
What if it shows Sent to blockchain?
Sent to blockchain means the transaction has been sent and is waiting to be confirmed. Give it time, and follow it on a block explorer with the TxID.
What if it is still pending?
It has not been sent yet. See Why is my withdrawal pending?.
