When are referral rewards paid?

Referral rewards are paid daily to your wallet. You earn commission when the people you invited trade spot and futures, and the rewards from the previous trading are worked out and paid by a daily job.

How do I earn referral rewards?

1. Open Referrals and copy your referral link or code. You can change your code there.
2. Share the link. New users enter your code when they sign up.
3. When your referrals trade spot or futures, you earn a commission on their trading volume.

When do rewards arrive?

Trading volume is collected as your referrals trade, and rewards are calculated and paid once a day. A trade made today shows up in your rewards after the next daily payout, not straight away.

What are milestone rewards?

Influencers in the affiliate program can also earn milestone rewards when their referrals' volume reaches the thresholds set by the exchange. Commission and milestone rewards are separate and both are shown on the Affiliate dashboard if you are part of the program.

Why is part of my reward locked?

Rewards paid to your Futures wallet can be locked until they are used for futures trading. A locked amount is shown in your balance but cannot be withdrawn or transferred until it is unlocked by trading.

Why did I not get a reward?

• The daily payout has not run yet for the latest trades.
• The person did not sign up with your referral code. The code must be entered at sign-up.
• Your referral has not traded spot or futures yet.

Where can I see my earnings?

Your referrals and rewards are on Referrals. Influencers can see monthly volume, earnings, milestones and payout history on the Affiliate dashboard. Monthly figures are built by daily jobs, so they can lag behind live trading.
