How to convert crypto on Xoibit

Convert swaps one coin for another in one step, without placing an order on the order book. Open Convert, choose the two coins and the amount, and accept the quote.
How to convert at the market rate
- Open Convert and select Market.
- Choose the wallet you pay from (Spot or Funding, where available).
- Choose the coin you have (From) and the coin you want (To).
- Enter the amount. The form shows the minimum and maximum for that coin.
- Preview the quote: the rate, the fee and how much you will receive.
- Accept the quote to convert.
A market quote refreshes every few seconds and is valid for 30 seconds. If it expires before you accept, a new quote is shown at the current rate.
How to convert at your own rate
Select Limit, set the rate you want and how many days the order stays open. It converts if the market reaches your rate. Read Convert market vs limit to choose between them.
Where can I see my conversions?
Every conversion is listed in Convert history. Open limit conversions can be cancelled before they fill.
Why was my convert amount rejected?
- The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum for that coin.
- You do not have enough available balance in the wallet you chose.
- The pair cannot be converted, or the quote expired.
The fee and limits are set per coin by Xoibit and shown before you confirm. A completed conversion cannot be undone.

Is Convert the same as a spot trade?
No. Convert gives you a quote for a direct swap, while spot trading places an order on the order book where you choose limit, market or stop-limit.
Does Convert have a fee?
Yes. The fee is set per coin and shown in the quote before you accept.
Can I cancel a conversion?
A market conversion is final once accepted. A limit conversion can be cancelled while it is still open.
