Staking: flexible and locked offers

On Staking you lock crypto in an offer and earn a reward based on the offer's yearly rate (APR). Funds come from and return to your Spot wallet.

• Flexible: redeem any time. It renews automatically at the end of each period.
• Locked: a fixed number of days. You can choose auto-renew.

How rewards are calculated

Reward per day = amount × APR ÷ 365. Rewards are paid at the end of the offer period.

Redeeming early

• Flexible: you get your amount back at any time (and the reward if the payout date has passed).
• Locked, before the minimum maturity: you get your amount back but no reward.
• Locked, after the minimum maturity: you get your amount back plus the reward earned so far.

Each offer shows its APR, minimum and maximum amount, duration and any requirement (such as identity verification). You can join each offer once.
