Why is my withdrawal pending?

A withdrawal is pending while it is being prepared, waiting for a review by our team, or being sent to the blockchain. You can see exactly where it is from its status in Crypto history.

What do the withdrawal statuses mean?

• Pending: your request has been received and is being prepared.
• Awaiting approval: the withdrawal is waiting for a review by our team.
• Processing: the withdrawal is being processed.
• Sent to blockchain: the transaction has been sent and is waiting to be confirmed.
• Completed: the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
• Rejected: our team did not approve it. The reason is shown.
• Failed or Cancelled: the withdrawal was not sent.

Why is my withdrawal awaiting approval?

Some withdrawals are reviewed by our team before they are sent, for example when the amount is above a level set by the exchange. This protects your account and funds. You do not need to do anything; the status updates when the review is done.

How long does a pending withdrawal take?

There is no fixed time. It depends on whether a review is needed and on how busy the blockchain is. Once the status is Sent to blockchain, you can usually follow the transaction on a block explorer.

My withdrawal was rejected. What now?

The reason is shown with the withdrawal. Fix what it says, for example complete identity verification or correct the address, and then submit a new withdrawal.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Crypto withdrawals have no cancel option once submitted. Always check the address, network and amount before you confirm.

A withdrawal that is still awaiting approval or processing cannot be reported in Wallet issues yet. Wait until it is sent or completed. If it then does not arrive, see Withdrawal completed but not received.
