How to deposit crypto: networks, confirmations and missing deposits
Last updated:
Every coin can be deposited on one or more blockchain networks. You get your own deposit address for each network.
Step by step
- Open Deposit crypto and choose the coin.
- Choose the network. It must be the same network you send from.
- Copy the address (or scan the QR code) and send the coin from your other wallet or exchange.
- Wait for the required number of block confirmations. The deposit page shows how many are needed for that network.
Supported networks
Depending on the coin, Xoibit supports Bitcoin-type networks (such as BTC, LTC and DOGE), Ethereum and EVM networks (such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base and Arbitrum), TRON, Solana and Monero. The deposit page lists the networks that are open for each coin.
Send only the selected coin on the selected network. Sending on a different network, or a different token, can lose the funds.
Memo or tag
Deposits to Xoibit do not use a memo or tag: your address is yours alone. If the sending platform asks for a memo, leave it empty unless the deposit page shows one.
Minimum deposit
Each coin has a minimum deposit, shown on the deposit page. A deposit below the minimum is not credited to your balance, so always send at least the minimum.
Deposit statuses
- Pending: seen on the blockchain, waiting for confirmations.
- Completed: credited to your wallet.
- Failed or Cancelled: not credited. Contact support or report an issue.
My deposit has not arrived
First check the transaction on a block explorer: it must be confirmed and sent to your address on the right network. If it is, report it in Wallet issues with the transaction hash (TxID), coin, network, amount and destination address.
Reports are checked automatically against the blockchain every few minutes, and the rest are reviewed by our team. You can have a limited number of open reports at a time, and each transaction can be reported once.
Часто задаваемые вопросы
How long does a deposit take?
It depends on the network: the deposit is credited after the number of block confirmations shown on the deposit page.
I sent on the wrong network. Can I get it back?
Report it in Wallet issues with the transaction hash. Recovery is not always possible, so always check the network before sending.
