How to send crypto to another Xoibit user

On the withdrawal page, choose to send to a Xoibit user, enter their email, phone number or user code, enter the amount and confirm with a verification code. The transfer stays on Xoibit and does not use the blockchain.

- Choose to send to another Xoibit user instead of an external address.
- Choose how to find the receiver, email, phone or user code, and enter it.
- Enter the amount, and add an optional note for the receiver.
- Check the preview for the fee and the amount the receiver gets.
- Confirm with your verification code.
Do I need to choose a network?
No. Because the transfer happens between two Xoibit accounts, there is no blockchain address or network to choose.
Is there a fee?
A fee may apply depending on the coin. It is set by the exchange and shown in the preview before you confirm.
Which wallet does the receiver get it in?
The coin is credited to the receiver's account, in their default deposit wallet.
Do limits apply?
Yes. The minimum and maximum amount and the daily limits for withdrawals also apply. Some transfers may be reviewed by our team before they are completed.
Check the receiver's email, phone or user code carefully before you confirm. The coin goes to the account that matches the details you enter.
Where can I see the transfer?
It appears in your Crypto history like other withdrawals. If something looks wrong, report it in Withdrawal issues.

Can I send to someone who does not have an account?
No. The receiver must have a Xoibit account. For other wallets, withdraw to their blockchain address instead.
Is sending to another user the same as a gift card?
