How to withdraw crypto: address book, fees, limits and reviews

Step by step
- Open Withdraw crypto and choose the coin and network.
- Enter the address, or pick one from your address book. Add the memo if the receiving platform needs one.
- Enter the amount. The preview shows the fee, the amount that will arrive and your remaining limits.
- Confirm with a verification code (email, SMS or authenticator).
Address book
Save addresses you use often in Address management: a label, the address, the network, and optionally a memo and a coin. A "universal" address can be used for any coin on its network. Adding or deleting an address needs a verification code.
Fees
The withdrawal fee is set per coin and network and is either a fixed amount or a percentage, plus the network fee. The withdrawal form always shows the full fee before you confirm.
Limits
- A minimum and maximum amount per withdrawal, per coin and network.
- A daily limit per coin and network.
- A daily limit for your whole account, in USD, which depends on your identity verification level.
Reviews
Some withdrawals are reviewed by our team before they are sent, for example above a certain amount. If a withdrawal is rejected, you see the reason.
Withdrawal statuses
- Pending / Awaiting approval: received, or waiting for a review.
- Processing / Sent to blockchain: being sent.
- Completed: confirmed on the blockchain.
- Rejected, Failed or Cancelled: not sent.
Send to another Xoibit user
You can also send to another user with their email or phone (an internal transfer). Internal transfers do not go through the blockchain.
Double-check the address and network. A blockchain transaction cannot be reversed once it is sent.
